Eligibility Requirements

You must be legally able to enter a contract and be at least 18 years old to use Exec Mentor’s services.

User Account Terms

Creating an account allows access to tailored coaching resources; you are responsible for maintaining your account credentials securely.

You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration and update it as necessary.

You are responsible for actions under your account and must notify us promptly of unauthorized access.

Accounts are non-transferable and solely for the use of the registered individual.

Notify Exec Mentor immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate terms or for security concerns.

Service Description

Exec Mentor provides executive coaching programs designed to support personal and professional development for leaders.

Program structures and schedules may be adjusted from time to time to improve service quality.

We strive to keep services available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times due to possible maintenance or events beyond our control.

Rules of Conduct

To maintain a professional environment, users agree to abide by these rules while participating in Exec Mentor services.

  • Respect all coaches and fellow participants.
  • Avoid sharing confidential or proprietary information without proper authorization.
  • Do not use services for unlawful or unethical purposes.
  • Maintain professionalism in all interactions.
  • Comply with instructions and guidelines provided by Exec Mentor staff.
  • Refrain from disruptive behavior during coaching sessions.
  • Report any violations of these rules to Exec Mentor promptly.

User Content

Users may submit content as part of coaching engagements; these terms govern that content’s use and ownership.

You retain ownership of your content but grant Exec Mentor a license to use it for program delivery and improvement.

The license is non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, and revocable upon account termination.

You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe on others’ rights or violate laws.

Exec Mentor may remove any user content deemed inappropriate or in violation of terms.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to Exec Mentor’s materials and services remain the property of Exec Mentor or its licensors.

  • Do not copy or distribute Exec Mentor materials without authorization.
  • Use content provided solely for personal development through coaching programs.
  • Respect all copyright, activity, and proprietary notices.

Paid Services

Certain coaching programs require payment; these terms govern payment processes and subscriptions.

Pricing details are provided prior to enrollment and are subject to change with notice.

Payments must be made using accepted methods before access to paid content is granted.

Subscription plans may be available, with terms specifying duration and renewal policies.

Refund eligibility is determined case-by-case and is not guaranteed.

Users may cancel subscriptions per the outlined procedures; no retroactive refunds are typically provided.

Applicable taxes will be added to fees as required by Canadian law.

Exec Mentor may adjust prices; current prices will always be displayed at time of purchase.

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access to services.

Disclaimer

Exec Mentor’s coaching services are intended to support professional growth but outcomes depend on individual effort and circumstances.

Limitation of Liability

Exec Mentor is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

Third Party Services

We may use third-party providers to facilitate service delivery; these providers have their own terms and policies.

Termination

Either party may terminate service agreements with notice; termination does not relieve you of payment obligations incurred prior to termination.

Upon termination, access to paid services will cease, and any outstanding fees become due immediately.

Privacy

Use of Exec Mentor services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal data is collected and used.

Communications

By using our services, you consent to receiving electronic communications related to your coaching activities.

Changes to Terms

Exec Mentor may update these Terms occasionally; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will first attempt resolution via negotiation; unresolved matters may be submitted to courts in Ontario.
